How to Purchase a License

You can only purchase a license for a conference that is already created in EasyChair.

Once you create a conference, you will have a role of a conference manager for your conference and will be able to access your license information, billing, invoices, receipts and payment information from the license manager environment.

Payment Plans

For non-free licenses there are three payment plans:

1. Fixed price. The license must be prepaid. The advantage of having it is that once you have paid, you will not have to pay more even if the number of submissions on your license is exceeded. This is the simplest and the cheapest plan. You will pay only once and can pay either by credit card or by bank transfer.
2. Pay as you go. You register a credit card with us and your card will be charged one or more times for the actual number of submissions. We will inform you a week in advance before we charge your card. This plan is convenient if you are not sure about the number of submissions. It is about more expensive than the fixed price plan.
   Professional licenses can only be pay-as-you-go.
3. Deposit and final payment. With this plan you first pay a deposit for the minimum number of submissions and then the final payment for the actual number of submissions, provided it exceeds the minimum. You can pay either by credit card or by bank transfer. This is the most expensive plan.

License Prices (in JPY)

For executive and VIP licenses you will be asked to select the minimum number of submissions. If you select a larger number, you will receive a discount of up to 40%, see below, but you will also have to pay a non-refundable deposit for the minimum number.

Other Currencies

We accept multiple currencies. You can view prices in AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, NOK, SEK, SGD and USD. For pay-as-you-go plans we (temporarily) accept only USD, EUR and GBP.
