The 9th International Conference on Research in Engineering and Technology (RET2026) will be hosted by Tra Vinh University in Vietnam, from June 17–18, 2026. To accommodate global participation, the conference will be conducted in a Hybrid Mode (combining onsite sessions with an online platform).

As an annual event, RET aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing a forum to discuss the latest advancements in: Chemical Engineering & Materials, Civil & Construction Engineering, Electrical, Electronics & Automation, Environmental Engineering & Technology, Information Technology & Applied AI, Mechanical & Automotive Engineering,...

We warmly welcome researchers, scholars, and practitioners from around the world to submit their original papers, share research findings, and exchange valuable experiences with fellow participants.

SUBMISSION TYPES & GUIDELINES

1. SUBMISSION CATEGORIES

• Full Papers describing original, unpublished research results, experimental work, theoretical studies, or industrial applications in the fields of Engineering and Technology. These papers should demonstrate significant contribution and technical depth.
• Posters describing work-in-progress, preliminary findings, new ideas, or case studies that encourage active discussion. This format is ideal for presenting ongoing research that may not yet be ready for a full paper but offers valuable insights.

2. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• Language: English.
• Format: Papers must follow the IEEE standard template (Double-column format).
• Length: Should be at least 5 pages and must not exceed 10 pages (including references and figures).

PUBLICATION

• All accepted and presented papers will be published in the RET2026 Conference Proceedings with an ISBN index.
• Selected high-quality papers may be recommended for publication in the Tra Vinh University Journal of Science (p-ISSN: 2815-6072, e-ISSN: 2815-6099).
