We are pleased to announce that the 15th International Conference on Educational and Information Technology (ICEIT 2026) will take place from March 27-29, 2026, in Xi'an, China, sponsored by Shaanxi Normal University, China, and IEEE.

Building on the successes of previous ICEIT conferences held in Toronto, Canada; Florence, Italy; Paris, France; the University of Cambridge; and the University of Oxford, UK; we cordially invite authors to submit original research papers and work-in-progress reports in the field of educational and information technology.

ICEIT 2026 will place a special focus on educational and information technology to address multidisciplinary challenges. The event will feature oral presentations, poster presentations, workshops, keynote speeches by experts on state-of-the-art topics, and invited speeches. Our aim is to enrich the regular program with emerging topics of particular interest in the field of educational and information technology. We encourage authors to expand upon their research and share their knowledge to contribute to the collective effort to enhance educational and information technology.

Submission Guidelines

  • Official language is English in paper writing and presenting. 

  • Full paper (IEEE) should be at least full 4 pages and at most 12 pages; Full paper (Springer) should be at least full 8 pages.

  • Regular registration fee (IEEE) only covers one 6 pages paper. 10 pages (Springer Template). Additional pages will cost extra fees.

  • At least one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration.

  • The final papers must be submitted before the requested date.

1. Accepted papers will be published into ICEIT 2026 conference proceedings by IEEE. The proceedings will be submitted and reviewed by the IEEE Xplore and Ei Compendex and Scopus after the conference.

2. Springer LNET Edited Volume (Lecture Notes in Educational Technology)

Selected papers from Track 2 and Track 3 will be included in the Edited Volume ‘Exploring Innovations in Educational Technology’, which has been accepted by Springer. Final publication will be subject to the manuscript review by Springer. Those papers will be sent to indexing databaes like: Scopus, ACM Digital Library, ERIC, INSPEC, Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series, SCImago.

3. SCIE & Scopus Journal

Selected registered papers will be recommended and invited to publish an extended version on the following journals. Please make sure you have added at least 30-40% of a new contents.
