With the theme “AI-Powered Learning: Empowering Educators, Transforming Education,” ICARE’25 serves as a dynamic platform for educators, researchers, policymakers, and innovators. This platform enables them to explore the transformative power of artificial intelligence in reshaping the educational landscape. As a joint effort of the Government-Linked Universities (GLUs), the conference aims to inspire meaningful dialogue, share cutting-edge research, and foster collaborations. These collaborations bring together educators, researchers, and innovators who leverage AI to drive the future of learning.

Conference Objectives:

• To explore innovative applications of AI in personalized learning environments, enhancing student engagement and academic outcomes. 

• To develop effective strategies for implementing AI-powered assessment and feedback systems, improving the accuracy and efficiency of educational evaluations. 

• To investigate the potential of immersive learning technologies powered by AI, enhancing the depth and impact of educational experiences. 

• To address and mitigate ethical concerns associated with AI integration in education, ensuring responsible and equitable use of AI technologies. 

• To foster collaboration among educators, researchers, and policymakers to integrate AI-driven solutions that support diverse learning needs and promote inclusive educational practices
