GSNLP 2025 - Workshop / Mini conference in conjunction with 32nd IEEE International Conference on High Performance Computing, Data, & Analytics (HiPC 2025)

The workshop will provide a platform to share cutting-edge research, practical deployments, and collaborative initiatives that democratize access to advanced language technologies for communities across India and other linguistically diverse regions. By connecting NLP, GenAI, and HPC experts with domain stakeholders, the workshop will identify research gaps, foster collaborations, and advance the mission of using AI responsibly and equitably for societal good. We welcome contributions covering novel algorithms, system architectures, datasets, and case studies demonstrating scalable and impactful applications of GenAI and NLP.

Submission Guidelines

Workshop paper submissions should follow the IEEE conference template (double-column format, 10-pt font on 8.5"×11" pages).

• Extended poster abstract: 2 pages (including references, figures, tables)
• Short paper: 4 pages (including references, figures, tables)
• Full paper: Minimum 6 and up to 10 pages (including references, figures, tables)
• Submission link: GSNLP2025 (1st Workshop on Democratizing GenAI and Scalable NLP with HiPC for Societal Impact (GSNLP-HiPC))
• Accepted papers presented in the workshop will be published in the Workshops volume of the conference proceedings, identified by a separate ISBN (HiPCW 2025). After the conference, eligible papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The presentations must be done in person.
